Last updated: September 9, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tikki, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the Tikki team ("Tikki", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility You must meet the minimum age set out in our in-app configuration to create an account (13 years old by default, subject to change). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to the extent required by local law. We may require age verification and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to users below the required minimum age. 2. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization, and you may not maintain more than one account for abusive or deceptive purposes. 3. Content You Post You retain ownership of the videos, images, text, comments, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Tikki a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you post and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. 4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: (a) post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm; (b) harass, bully, or impersonate others; (c) upload malware or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service; (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission; (e) circumvent any content moderation, age-gating, or account-suspension mechanism; or (f) violate our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 5. Virtual Currency, Gifts, and Payments The Service includes an in-app virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money through the payment method available in your region (app store in-app purchases on mobile, or our web checkout provider on tikkiapp.net). Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable outside the Service, and are not redeemable for cash except through the creator withdrawal process described below. Coins may be used to purchase virtual gifts for creators, subscriptions, or other in-app features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Eligible creators may request to withdraw earned Coins as real currency, subject to identity verification (KYC), a minimum withdrawal threshold, and applicable fees, all of which are disclosed in-app at the time of a withdrawal request and may be adjusted by us from time to time. 6. Live Streaming When you broadcast a live stream, you are responsible for everything that appears on camera or is said, including behavior by guests you invite on-screen. Live streams are subject to the same content standards as any other User Content, and we reserve the right to end a live stream immediately, without notice, if it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. 7. Content Moderation and Enforcement We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect content that violates these Terms. We may remove content, suspend live streams, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact us using the details below to request a review. 8. Intellectual Property The Tikki name, logo, and all software, design, and branding associated with the Service are owned by Tikki or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent. 9. Termination You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. 10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikki will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or virtual currency. 11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.
