Information We Collect Account information: name, username, email address or phone number, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), date of birth (optional, used only to enforce minimum-age requirements), and profile details you choose to add such as a bio or avatar. Content you create: videos, images, text posts, comments, messages, and live-stream recordings you choose to share, along with associated metadata (captions, hashtags, timestamps). Usage and device information: app version, device type, general log data (IP address, timestamps, crash reports), and interactions with the Service (likes, follows, views) used to operate and improve the Service and to rank content in the feed. Payment information: when you purchase Coins or a subscription, payment is processed by our payment providers (app-store in-app-purchase processors on mobile, PayPal on web). We do not store your full card or PayPal account credentials — we receive only confirmation of payment and a transaction reference. Identity verification (creators only): if you apply to withdraw earned Coins as real currency, we or our verification provider may collect government ID information solely to confirm your identity and comply with anti-fraud and payment-processor obligations. This information is encrypted and is never used for any purpose beyond withdrawal verification. 2. How We Use Information We use the information above to: operate and maintain the Service; personalize and rank the content you see; process payments and creator withdrawals; detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; moderate content against our Community Guidelines; communicate with you about your account or in-app activity; and comply with legal obligations. 3. Automated Content Moderation Uploaded images and videos are automatically screened by a third-party content moderation service before appearing in public feeds, to detect content that may violate our Community Guidelines (such as nudity or violence). Flagged content is reviewed by our team before a final decision is made. 4. How We Share Information We share information with: service providers who help us operate the Service (video hosting and delivery, live-streaming infrastructure, push notifications, content moderation, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations; other users, for information you choose to make public (profile, posts, comments); and law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tikki, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information. 5. Data Retention We retain account and content information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will deactivate your account and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, transaction records related to Coin purchases or withdrawals). 6. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Self-service data export and account deletion tools are on our roadmap and not yet available in-app as of this policy's last-updated date above. 7.
