Child Safety Standards

Content and behaviour we prohibit

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, illustrated, synthetic, or AI-generated content.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to move a child into an unsafe conversation or meeting.
• Sexualising a child or requesting, offering, buying, selling, trading, or distributing sexual content involving a child.
• Content or behaviour that identifies, threatens, coerces, exploits, or otherwise endangers a child.

Never upload, forward, save, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it. Use Tikki's reporting tools and contact the appropriate authority instead.

How to report a safety concern

In the Tikki app, users can report a video from its long-press menu, report an account or comment from its menu, and report a story, live stream, or voice room from the visible report control. Reports are private and receive a case reference.

Signed-in users can also open a confidential case through the Tikki Support Center. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate child-protection authority first.

Review, removal, and reporting

Tikki reviews reports and may immediately remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and prevent re-upload. When Tikki obtains actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM, we take action under applicable law, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority where required.

Google Play, law enforcement, and child-safety organisations may contact Tikki's safety team at [email protected]. General users should use the in-app reporting tools whenever possible so the report is linked to the correct content or account.
